  1. What is www.snpcorp.com/webshop?
 
It is the internet bookstore for SNP Corporation Pte Ltd (Legal Publishing). The internet bookstore provides you with the convenience of making your purchases from the comfort of your home. Here, your shopping hours are not limited within the boundaries of typical store operating hours, and your purchases will be delivered right to your doorstep.

  2. How do I register as a member?
 
Step 1: Click on the Join member hotspot.
Step 2: Fill out the Registration Form.

  3.What should I do if I forgot my password?
 
Simply call our Customer Service Officers at our Customer Service Hotline (65)6826 9629 We will issue you with a new Password and User ID for your future purchases.

  4. Are prices listed in www.snpcorp.com/webshop the same as prices in the shop?
 
Yes, they are.

  5. Do I have to buy all the items in my shopping cart?
 
No, you don't have to. You can remove any item before submitting your order by clicking on the Remove link.

  6. How do I place an order?
 
Step 1: Click on any category listed on the www.snpcorp.com/webshop homepage.
Step 2: Selection can be made by clicking on the space against each product title.
Step 3: Add the selected items into your Shopping Cart.
Step 4: Check out as a member.
Step 5: An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order.

  7. Can I change or cancel an order?
 
Yes, you can do so by calling our Customer Service Officers at Hotline (65)6826 9629 Charges for cancellations are as follows:
  • For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours, 5% of the total purchase amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations or changes made within 48 hours, 50% of the total purchase amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations or changes made after 48 hours, no refund will be made.Refunds will be made within one month, by cheque.
  •   8. Is it safe to give my credit card number on-line?
     
    Purchasing via www.snpcorp.com/webshop is similar to a normal VISA or MasterCard transaction. In the process, information will be transmitted through Microsoft Internet Information Server with the SSL 3 encryption. What this means to you is that all your personal information including credit card details cannot be read by external parties as the information travels to our payment clearing house for approval. For added security, you will need to re-enter your credit card number each time you make a purchase from us.
    We are very serious about on-line security and the interest of every customer.

      9. What forms of payment are acceptable?
     
    We accept payment by VISA or MasterCard. For local orders, we also accept cheque.
    Cheques must be made payable to SNP Corporation Pte Ltd and sent to the address stated below within 14 days from the time the system accepts the order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled. The ordered items will be delivered within 4 working days after successful cheque clearance. Please send cheques to :

    (*Please do not send us postdated cheques. Otherwise all bank charges will be billed according to customer.)

      10. What is the minimum amount for each single purchase?
     
    There is no minimum purchase.

      11. What are my shipping/delivery options?
     
    All deliveries in Singapore will be made to your doorstep. Alternatively, you may wish to collect your purchases at the following location:

    • Your Location
      Countries have been segregated into Zones ( A to H). Please refer to attached list to determine the Zone you are in.

    • Customs and Import Duties Information
      You may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches the destination. You will have to bear these additional charges. Since custom duties vary from country to country , please check with your local authorities.

    • When will my order arrive ?
      Shipping time varies depending on destination and the mode of delivery. Delivery time indicated on the International Shipping Information table includes processing time.

    • Shipping Charges
      Shipping charges includes an order charge as well as per item charge. For example if you order two books to be sent by Air Parcel and you are staying in Zone A, your charges would be:

      Per order :

      Per item S$ 2 x 2 items :
      $ 4.00
      Total :
      $ 14.00

      All charges are in Singapore Dollars.
      Delivery time will be within 7 to 10 days.

    • Stock Availability
      We cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online will actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing , we will ship you the item at no extra charge when it is available.

      12. How long does it take to process my orders?

    Local orders take, in total, 4 working days to be processed and delivered to addresses in Singapore.

    Kindly note that all orders will be processed only upon payment approval. For cheque payments, orders will be processed only upon clearance of the cheque.
    Delivery timelines to destinations outside of Singapore should be calculated by adding the in-house processing time to the delivery time required to reach the chosen destination from Singapore depending on the type of shipping method selected
    e.g. by Courier or by Air Parcel.

    Time taken for interstate mail and delivery will depend on the respective post offices.

      13. Do I have to pay for postage/delivery?
     


    Yes, there is a delivery fee of S$7.00 (exclude GST) for all local deliveries.

    Not to worry if you happen not be home for the first delivery. Our appointed couriers will drop a calling card to inform you they came by but no one was around to receive the items.


      14. What can I do if I do not receive my orders in time?

    Mon-Fri: 10 am - 6 pm.(excluding public holiday)
    Our Customer Service Officers will check out your delivery status promptly.

      15. What is the returns policy?
     
    We do not accept any returns. All goods sold are not returnable.

      16. Why do I need a password?
     
    A personalised password ensures security and easy access wherever you may be.
    It is important to keep each password confidential to yourself.

      17. Why do I need an account?
     
    A personalised account allows each individual to bag his/her purchases more conveniently and effectively.

      18. What is the exchange policy?
     
    Items sold are non exchangeable and non refundable.
